Daniel Smith hails from Albuquerque, New Mexico and is
a well-kept secret. With a very gentle, sincere voice accompanied by 
fingerpicking guitar and eerie organ and piano, he presents songs with
melodies that's both unexpected and lovely. Smith presents himself
in a way reminicent of M Ward's, Bright Eyes' and Mercury Rev's most
acoustic moments. We're proud to present this mastermind's first release 
on record ever.

Our Swedish favourite act, Bobby Baby aka Ella Blixt is currently 
making herself more and more wellknown. With one foot in electronic
landscapes and the other one in solid organic grounds. Her newly released
debut EP Loves to Dance on UK label Red Letter Records is 
definitely one of the best releases this year and we're so happy to team
up with her at this early stage of her career. We're releasing two songs
from her mp3back-catalogue. It's easy to compare her to Nordic colleagues 
The Knife and Múm, but you  can't close your eyes to her brilliant 60's pop 
nerve for melodies and sense for lyrics. Roberta Flack meets Beth Orton
